Sir Elton owned the car from new in 2005 for about 5 years. Now its current owner is putting it on the auction block for another lucky fan of the car or the singer to have it. According to the auction house the car is in excellent running condition. It has low mileage and no fixes need. The car has a Ferrari built 4.2 litre, V-8 engine. It's a Verdi Deep Emerald original color with an impressive shine and lustre on the outside and fine details in leather and rosewood veneers on the inside. Among it's interior standouts are a Bose surround sound system, a front armrest fridge, a rear DVD player, two pairs of Blaupunkt headphones and full climate control. There's even paperwork which includes a welcome letter from Maserati to Elton John, as well as registration on other documentation with the singer's name, so there's no doubt on its authenticity. It's expected to start at auction anywhere from 25,000 to 30,000 GBP (British Pounds).
