The public are pictured wearing masks on public transport after the UK government made them compulsory due to ongoing COVID 19 pandemic. Volunteers have been handing out masks at Tube stations in London as face coverings become compulsory on public transport in England today. Face coverings, which can be a scarf, piece of cloth or mask, must now be worn by most people on buses, trams, trains, coaches, aircraft and ferries. Passengers caught not complying with the regulations risk being fined L100 and removed from services. ? Daniel Hambury / Evening Standard / eyevine
