Dwayne Johnson (/ 18.04.2020): @laurenhashianofficial and I are doing our best during these stressful times. We realized kinda quickly how critical it was for us to be ultra considerate, caring and empathetic of one another. Be even better listeners. Even better communicators. Recognize that during these times, were not operating at full brain & emotional EQ capacity as we usually are. Youre gonna get snippy, short tempered and you guys may erupt at each other over some silly shit like we did. When that happens, grab your partner by the shoulders, like I grabbed Lauren. Look them directly in the eyes and say with full conviction, baby, youre not wrong.. youre just not used to being right and then count the seconds it takes for you both to belly laugh your assess off. Then sip some @teremana later that night and make some more babies. Youre welcome Stay healthy, my friends. Dr. Rock Supplied by Instagram.com/face to face

Dwayne Johnson (/ 16.04.2020): And am I sick of taking selfies Fame is a very funny and dangerous thing. It can be highly deceiving, cold blooded and set you down a dark path that ends in self destruction if you let yourself buy into your own fame. I started to become as asshole about my fame when I was a famous pro wrestler in my 20s, (and I wore a fanny pack) until one fateful night changed my perspective and self awareness and GRATITUDE for the rest of my life. My advice to teenagers, young adults or anyone who wants to be famous/ Dont worry about being famous. Instead work hard to become good at something. Then work harder to become great. Then work even harder and put in the 10, 15, 20+ years to become MASTERFUL. Fame will come. Or maybe it wont. Either way, fame is fleeting but your legacy is forever. He's nailed it. String artist Ben Koracevic creates these incredible works of art - using just cord and nails. The London-based creative winds thousands of metres of string around tens of thousands of nails to create what he calls 'stringometry'. Among his works are a huge portrait of Hollywood star Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Keanu Reeves as his John Wick action hero character. He has also created a likeness of Batman baddie The Joker - as played by Joaquin Phoenix in 2019 movie, Joker, as well as animals including a lion and monkeys and guitarist Slash from Guns N' Roses. He only started doing 'string art' nine months ago after watching a video of someone else showing off their skills. "I was completed fascinated with the rare art form," he said. "Developing my skill and ability to replicate what I witnessed became an obsession and I soon found every spare hour being invested into practising." The self-taught artist - who holds a science degree - has since quit his job and cashed in his life savings to follow his dream. He added: "I am quite particular on the pieces I choose. "It is just an instinct where I know the image will look good in string. "It is a very time consuming process which is a quality I enjoy. I love the mental endurance and patience needed to complete a piece to high quality. "Art is a universal language where the work does all the talking!" Ben uses a grid system overlapping a photo or sketch. He then upscales that on to a wooden canvas, before "meticulously referencing" nails to mark a foundation and an outline for the string. He winds the string between the nails to create a likeness, using more string to create darker shadows and more detail. He has used between 6,000 and 30,000 nails on individual pieces - and some contain more than 3,000 metres of string. And he can spend as much as 500 hours alone creating one piece. His works are available to buy at stringometry.com and he is available for private commissions. Please credit Courtesy of Ben Koracevic/MEGA. 15 Apr 2020 Pictured: Joaquin Phoenix as The Joker. Dwayne Johnson (/ 13.04.2020): What are my favorite lifts in the gym? And why am I always talking in the gym and not posting my workouts? My favorite lifts are all of em - full body - and always focusing on my lower body - my foundation - quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves. Dont skip leg day, men. And I recommend taking written inventory on your training/fitness goals so when youre back up and training full capacity you have a clear vision of your goals and pathway to accomplish them. And I dont post my workouts, because Im sensitive to millions of you around the world who arent able to train in your local gyms and youre stuck at home. Id feel like an asshole and it aint my style. Just know Im working extremely hard and I want all of you to get back to working out ASAP too. Thanks for your great questions and keep em coming. Heavyweight boxing champ Until one fateful night I watched @miketyson vs Spinks changed my mind. NFL football player I was intensely focused for years and always the hardest worker in the room. And I dont post my actual workouts because Im sensitive (possibly over sensitive) and empathetic to the millions and millions around the world unable to workout in your local gyms. One day, you will again. And when that day comes, youre training will be NEXT LEVEL BEAST MODE. Im averaging about a 50/50 ratio of having good days to not so good, wobbly days. That ratio will improve. As will our conditions around the world as we deal with and, eventually, overcome this global virus. This Sunday, lets take a much needed reprieve Ill break out my @teremana and my cheat meal and you break out your liquid and cheat meal of choice and well have ourselves a lil worldwide LIVE Q&A on IGTV. Stay healthy, my friends. See ya Sunday Supplied by Instagram.com/face to face

Dwayne Johnson (/ 24.03.2020): How tall am I? How much do I weigh? And was I nervous when I first broke into Hollywood? 612. Kidding 64. 277lbs. And hell yes, I was nervous. In life, there are no guarantees and just because I was a popular pro wrestler - that meant nothing when it came to becoming a viable global box office draw. I made the tough decisions and the most important of all, was deciding I was done trying to be someone Im not to conform to Hollywood. Instead, I decided to be my own man and Hollywood would eventually conform to me. And remember, just because something doesnt exist doesnt mean it cant happen ? it just means you havent created it yet. Thank you all for your questions. Keep em coming. Stay healthy, disciplined and take care of one another. Well get thru this together and eventually, well rise again. D Supplied by Instagram.com/face to face
